This 3 days desert tour from Marrakech takes you from the red city across Tizi n’Tichka, into the kasbah country of Ait Ben Haddou, through the palm valleys of the south and finally to the quiet dunes of Erg Lihoudi.

Expect an early start from Marrakech and a beautiful journey through the High Atlas Mountains, Ait Ben Haddou, and the green palm groves of Draa Valley. You’ll visit Nkob, spend your first night in Tamsahelte, then continue to Tamgrout and Erg Lihoudi for a desert camp overnight under the stars. On the last day, enjoy the Road of 1000 Kasbahs and stunning valley views before returning to Marrakech.
We leave Marrakech in the morning and drive through the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass. After visiting Ait Ben Haddou, we continue through the Draa Valley, passing palm groves, kasbahs, and small villages. We visit Nkob, known for its 45 kasbahs, before arriving in Tamsahelte for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, we head toward Zagora and visit Amzrou village at the foot of Jbel Zagora. We continue to Tamgrout to explore the famous Quranic library and traditional pottery workshops. Later, we drive to the dunes of Erg Lihoudi, where you will enjoy sunset, dinner, and an overnight stay in a desert camp.
After breakfast in the desert, we drive back through the Road of 1000 Kasbahs with beautiful views of palm groves and old Berber villages. We stop at Tamnougalt Kasbah before crossing the High Atlas Mountains and returning to Marrakech in the evening.
