Standard Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following conditions:
Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in: no refund.
No-show: no refund.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Some special offers, promotional rates, discounted bookings, or last-minute reservations may be marked as non-refundable. For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank, card provider, or payment service.
Booking Changes
Guests may request to change their reservation dates, subject to availability. Price differences may apply if the new dates have a different rate.
Early Departure
If a guest leaves before the scheduled check-out date, unused nights are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by management.
Force Majeure
In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, government restrictions, serious travel disruptions, or emergencies, refund requests may be reviewed individually.
